The club has been busy advancing our technology and membership. The DMR/analog repeater has been functional for a month or two now and I hope everyone has tried it out. I purchased a TYT MD-380 HT and am having fun on DMR. It comes along at the right time as propagation on HF has been poor lately as we are at the bottom of the solar cycle. Hi Everyone, The latest news on the repeater situation is that Pet and Mark K. went up the mountain yesterday and installed our new Samlex power supply. This should put the problems we have been having to rest. The new supply is a rack mounted four times redundant supply. It has 4 20A sections and if one or more go bad the others will still function to keep things going.Thank you to Pet, Mark K., and David for taking care of this....

Hi Everyone, Diana Feinberg gave an excellent and very interesting presentation on lighthouses at the July meeting. It is really great that ARRL supports us with presentations.
